On July 12th, 2023 we received our authorization certificate as an INQA-Coach from the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
INQA Coaching is part of the overall context of the Federal Government’s skilled worker strategy and the National Continuing Education Strategy. It is funded by the European Social Fund Plus of the European Union (ESF Plus) and the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS).
The funding subject is nationwide Agile Coaching for personnel or work organizational change processes related to a specific digital transformation within the company. The target group is small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 250 employees. The INQA Coaching funding covers 80% of the costs for a maximum of 12 consulting days at a consultant rate of €1,200 (net) per consulting day.
